“We selected Esat from Mazrreku Construction following our architect’s recommendation based on Esat’s quote and understanding of the plans. Our construction included a rear extension with side return for a kitchen diner, alongside full refurbishment of the ground floor. Esat is a very experienced builder with good understanding of building structure and architectural plans, which was appreciated as our plans were complicated requiring a number of steel joists. He was able to work sympathetically with the architect and bring the build to completion satisfactorily. We were living in the house during the construction, which was only possible as Esat was able to provide us with a temporary kitchen throughout the build. He also ensured that the construction site was kept tidy.“
